Kitchen unit conversion
Weighing without a scale, commonly known as cup and spoon transfers, offers a simpler, quicker approach that doesn't require a scale. With this convenient method, cooking with cups and spoons becomes a breeze. To make this process even more effortless, we've designed a user-friendly calculator that effortlessly converts any recipe from milliliters or grams into precise measurements using cups, spoons, and teaspoons.
Another problem is when you want to use the scale, but the recipes are written not only in grams, but also in milliliters or vice versa. So if you are interested in how many grams are in 50 ml of melted butter or, conversely, how many milliliters are in 100 g of flour, put these values into the calculator.
While these conversions offer great convenience, one downside is that it can sometimes be unclear exactly how much fits into one cup, or on one spoon or teaspoon.
The calculators are therefore set to standard sizes:
- Cup - volume 250 ml
-
Table spoon - volume 15 ml (this is a flat spoon, not a heaped one)
- Tea spoon - volume 5 ml (this is a flat spoon, not a heaped one)
