Weighing without a scale, commonly known as cup and spoon transfers, offers a simpler, quicker approach that doesn't require a scale. With this convenient method, cooking with cups and spoons becomes a breeze. Another problem is when you want to use the scale, but the recipes are written not only in grams, but also in milliliters or vice versa. So if you are interested in how many grams are in 50 ml of melted butter or, conversely, how many milliliters are in 100 g of flour, put these values into the calculator.

While these conversions offer great convenience, one downside is that it can sometimes be unclear exactly how much fits into one cup, or on one spoon or teaspoon.
